The app

Mossprint works offline and has no advertising, accounts or developer-operated backend. All levels, artwork and audio are bundled with the app. Version 1.0 build 1 contains no Firebase telemetry. Subsequent builds use Google Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to diagnose failures and improve the game.

Your journal

Progress and preferences stay on your device. An exported journal contains route numbers, steps and completion records. You choose where to save or share it. Apple’s device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.

Crash reports and usage analytics

When connected, integrated builds send crash reports, bounded error codes, app and operating-system versions, device characteristics, installation identifiers, session information and basic gameplay events such as route starts, completions, restarts and hint requests. Events contain route/chapter numbers and campaign/daily mode, never your journal, exact steps, exported files or support messages. Google Analytics derives approximate region from the network connection; Mossprint does not request location permission or collect GPS location.

These services help identify crashes and difficult routes. We do not set a user ID, collect advertising identifiers, enable advertising personalization, or use this information for cross-app advertising tracking. Installation identifiers distinguish app installations without a Mossprint account. Google processes telemetry under its privacy policy; see Firebase privacy and security for processing and retention details. Removing the app removes local app data, but does not immediately delete reports already sent. Contact us with privacy questions.

Apple services

App distribution, purchases and any diagnostics you choose to share with Apple are governed by Apple’s policies. TestFlight can provide Apple-managed beta feedback and crash reports.

Support and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer and investigate your request. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence. This static website sets no cookies and runs no scripts, analytics, advertising or tracking. Cloudflare serves it and processes standard request information, such as IP addresses and user agents, to deliver and protect the site under its privacy policy. We see only aggregated request counts.
